摘要 随着工业社会对各种资源需求的快速增长及陆地矿产资源的枯竭,开发海洋矿产资源逐渐成为人类获取长远发展的战略性新趋势。根据海洋矿产沉积环境划分、全球主要海洋矿产资源分布概况和我国获取海洋矿产资源的现状,梳理并分析了国内外深海、浅(滨)海采矿技术及相关核心装备的工程研发进展。海洋采矿总体上已不存在无法逾越的技术障碍,但仍需面对诸如对海洋生态环境的影响、国际海域复杂的法律框架和经济性等重要影响因素,必须通过不断技术创新研发低成本的绿色海洋采矿技术。 With the rapid growth of industrial society's demand for various resources and the exhaustion of land mineral resources,the exploitation of marine mineral resources has gradually become a new strategic trend for human beings to obtain longterm development.This paper introduces the division of oceanic mineral sedimentary environment,the distribution of major oceanic mineral resources in the world and the current situation of China's access to oceanic mineral resources,untangling and analyzing the research and development progress of deep-sea mining and shallow-sea or coastal mining technology and related core equipments at home and abroad.Generally speaking,there are no insurmountable technical barriers in marine mining,but there are still some important influencing factors,such as the impact on the marine ecological environment,the complex legal framework and economy of the international sea area.It is necessary to develop low-cost green Marine mining technology through continuous technological innovation.
