摘要
为了实现高职教育的进一步突破,我国颁布了很多相关的政策与制度,1+X证书制度就是当下高职院校最主要的教育理念。通过新的教育制度,可以制定更适合当下时代发展的人才培养模式,促进学生全面发展,培养出更多优秀的人才。本文会针对1+X证书下的高职人才培养模式策略进行分析,结合书证融通,探索适合高职院校的人才培养模式的改革方向,帮助学生提高综合素质,成为更优秀的技能型人才。
In order to achieve a further breakthrough in higher vocational education,China has promulgated a lot of relevant policies and systems.The 1+X certif icate system is the most important education concept in higher vocational colleges.Through the new education system,we can formulate a talent training mode more suitable for the development of the current era,promote the overall development of students,and cultivate more excellent talents.This paper will analyze the strategy of Higher Vocational Talents Training Mode under the 1+X certif icate,combined with the documentary evidence circulate,explore the reform direction of t alent t raining model suitable for h igher vocational colleges,so as to help students improve their comprehensive quality and become more excellent skilled talents.
