摘要
各种创新性人才培养是我国经济社会的不断发展的需要,开放实验室是培养创新人才的重要场所。本文首先讨论了开放实验室的作用,并分析现有实验室的一些局限性。结合教学和科研工作实际,根据其各自特点,提出了开放实验室的三种模式,并对其特点进行总结,分析三种模式的应用场景。结合自身经验阐述了开放实验室对培养创新人才的重要性,最后提出了开放实验室取得成功的重要因素。
The cultivation of all kinds of innovative talents is the need of the continuous development of China's economy and society,and the open laboratory is an important place to cultivate innovative talents.This paper f irst discusses the role of open laboratory,and analyzes some limitations of the current laboratory.Combined with the practice of teaching and scientif ic research,according to their respective characteristics,this paper puts forward three modes of open laboratory,and summarizes their characteristics.The application scenarios of the three modes are analyzed.Based on our own experience,this paper expounds the importance of open laboratory to cultivate innovative talents,and f inally puts forward the important factors for the success of open laboratory.
