摘要
针对三产品重介质旋流器二段分选效果难以在线控制的问题,提出在二段实现双供介给料,引入内循环区域的概念,在不影响大系统的前提下,形成一个小的内循环二段供介系统,并开发了二段双供介三产品重介质旋流器及其配套工艺,达到了在线改善二段分选效果的目的,打破了目前国内选煤厂多采用更换底流口的方式来调整二段旋流器的分选效果技术的天花板,提出了一条三产品重介质旋流器二段精确分选的新思路。
To overcome the difficulty in making online control of separation effect of the 2nd-stage of the 3-product H.M.cyclone,the concept of introducing an additional medium supply system and an inner circulation system for the cyclone′s 2nd-stage is proposed with an aim to form a small medium supply system capable of making inner circulation for this stage.In addition,the 3-product H.M.cyclone with its 2nd-stage provided with a double medium feeding system as well as the corresponding cycloning process are developed.The use of the technology proves to be capable of attaining the goal of making online improvement of the separation effect of the 2nd-stage of the cyclone,eliminating the need for the change of the cyclone′s underflow orifice—the last technological resort currently applied by domestic coal preparation plants for making such improvement.The technology provides a new thought for realizing precision separation in the 2nd-stage of a 3-prooduct H.M.cyclone.
