摘要 目的:探讨基于患者主观整体评估(PG-SGA)的多学科团队管理对白血病患者营养状况、不良反应及护理满意度的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法,选择2019年10月—2020年4月在郑州大学第一附属医院化疗的70例急性白血病患者为研究对象。按照入院时间,将患者分为两组。2019年10月—2020年1月入院化疗的36例患者为对照组;2020年2—4月入院化疗的34例患者为干预组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于PG-SGA的多学科团队管理。比较两组患者营养状况、化疗期间恶心呕吐发生情况以及对护理的满意度。结果:干预前,两组患者PG-SGA营养分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组患者重度营养不良比例低于对照组,两组营养分级比较差异有统计学意义(Z=-1.993,P<0.05)。两组化疗期间恶心呕吐发生情况差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.681,P>0.05)。干预后,干预组对护理的满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(Z=1.991,P<0.05)。结论:基于PG-SGA的多学科团队管理能够改善急性白血病患者的营养水平,提高患者对护理的满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team management based on the Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)on nutritional status,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of leukemia patients.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 70 patients with acute leukemia who received chemotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the time of admission,the patients were divided into two groups.From October 2019 to January 2020,a total of 36 patients who were admitted to the hospital for chemotherapy were set as the control group,while 34 patients who were admitted to the hospital for chemotherapy from February to April 2020 were set as the intervention group.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given multidisciplinary team management based on the PG-SGA on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status,the occurrence of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in PG-SGA nutritional classification between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the proportion of patients with severe malnutrition in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference in nutritional classification between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=-1.993,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of nausea and vomiting between the two groups during chemotherapy(Z=-1.681,P>0.05).After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=-1.991,P<0.05).Conclusions Multidisciplinary team management based on PG-SGA can improve the nutritional level of patients with acute leukemia and increase patients'satis
