摘要 目的以麦粒灸治疗类风湿关节炎为切入点,设计一种降低操作难度,提高临床效率,压缩治疗成本的辅助装置,探究传承并发扬优秀传统疗法的思路与方案。方法基于传统麦粒灸操作原理,采用普通手套外观,通过齿动系统、点火系统、控制系统等机械、电子技术,设计麦粒灸辅助装置,实现一键式全自动操作28个小关节。结果在施灸器辅助下实现一键操作,1分钟全自动完成双手28个小关节治疗,对比传统操作,操作效率提高100倍、操作成本压缩至1/100。结论全自动麦粒灸施灸器设计新颖,成本低廉,操作简便,效率极高。 Objective A wheat-moxibustion auxiliary device was designed to reduce operation difficulty, improve clinical efficiency and reduce treatment cost.Methods Based on the operation principle of traditional wheat-moxibustion, using the appearance of ordinary gloves, through gear system, ignition system, control system and other mechanical and electronic technology, the auxiliary device of wheat-moxibustion is designed to realize one-button automatic operation.Results One-button operation, one minute automatic completion of the hands 28 small joint treatment, compared with traditional operation, operation efficiency increased 100 times, operation cost reduced to 1/100. Conclusion The automatic wheat-moxibustion device is novel in design, low in cost, easy to operate and highly efficient.
