摘要
住宅品质提升是住房和城乡建设领域贯彻新发展理念、推进发展方式转变的重要抓手,是进一步推动我国住宅产业发展进步的必然选择,是满足人民对美好居住生活向往的重要举措,本文对影响住宅品质提升的主要问题进行了梳理,并就住宅品质提升提出了相关对策建议。对于我国高品质住宅的建设、管理和评价具有一定的指导价值。
The improvement of housing quality is an important way to implement the new development concept and promote the transformation of development mode in the field of housing and urban-rural construction,which is an inevitable choice to further promote the development and progress of China's housing industry,as well as an important measure to meet people's yearning for a better living life.This paper sorts out the main problems affecting the improvement of housing quality,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the improvement of housing quality,which has a certain guiding reference for the construction,management and evaluation of high-quality housing in China.
