摘要
针对目前稀土熔盐电解渣中稀土、氟、锂综合回收率低的问题,研究开发了真空蒸馏处理稀土熔盐电解渣新工艺,考察了真空蒸馏温度、时间、真空度、原料粒度对稀土熔盐电解渣分离效果的影响。研究结果表明,在较优工艺条件下,F脱除率高达99.6%,氟化物回收率高达95.5%。与传统处理工艺相比,新工艺极大地缩短了工艺流程,且实现了渣中稀土、氟、锂资源的绿色高值利用。
A new technology of vacuum distillation for the treatment of rare earth molten salt electrolytic slag is proposed to solve the current disadvantage of the low comprehensive recovery rate of rare earth, fluorine, and lithium in the slag.The influences of vacuum distillation temperature, time, vacuum degree, and particle size of raw materials on the separation of rare earth electrolytic molten salt slag are investigated.The results show that the removal efficiency of F and the recovery rate of fluoride are 99.6% and 95.3%,respectively.Compared with traditional technology, the new technology greatly simplifies the technical process and achieves high utilization of rare earth, fluorine, and lithium resources in the slag.
