摘要
研究了钐钴磁性废料中有价元素钐、钴的回收利方法,对磁性材料废料经过盐酸优溶、草酸沉淀、氧化除铁及灼烧等方法,成功提取出钐钴废料中的有价元素,工艺简单、生产成本低、回收利用过程不产生二次环境污染,所得产品氧化钐、氧化钴的纯度达到95%以上。
The process of recovering valuable elements samarium and cobalt from waste samarium-cobalt magnet was studied in this paper. The waste magnetic materials were dissolved by hydrochloric acid,precipitated by oxalic acid,oxidized for deironing and calcinated. The valuable elements can be extracted from the waste samarium-cobalt magnet. This process is highly simplified,and the producing cost is low. The whole recycling process doesn't produce any secondary pollutant. The purities of samarium oxide and cobalt oxide are all above 95%.
