摘要
因各种条件的制约,笼统酸化、连续油管酸化等传统酸化工艺在南海东部油田应用效果不佳。为了解决传统酸化工艺在施工过程中的局限性,对工艺进行相应改进,包括创新应用钻杆/油管工具串、优选针对性的酸化目标点、施工程序的标准化,从而提高酸化排量,实现对水平井有重点、有力度的解堵和改造。截至到2020年12月,该工艺累计在南海东部油田推广应用12井次,增油18.35万m^(3),取得了显著效果。该工艺简单高效,成功率较高,有效期较长,成为水平井酸化改造的一种有力措施,具备较高的应用推广价值。
General acidizing and coiled tubing acidizing cannot get good application effects in oil fields in the east of South China Sea because of restricted conditions.In order to solve the limitations in traditional acidification process with various improvements which are innovative application of drill pipes and tubings, acidification point optimization and standardization of construction procedures to improve acidification displacement rate can achieve the key and powerful plug removal and transformation of horizontal wells.Until the end of December 2020,this technology had been used in 12 wells in the east of South China Sea which lead to increase oil by 18.35×10^(4) m^(3) with obvious effect.This technology had the advantages of simple process, high success rate and long term of validity.It was a suitable method for acidification transformation in horizontal well of high application and expansion value.
