摘要
针对虎狼峁油田长6油藏在常规酸化过程中因非均质原因,存在酸化效果差的实际状况,提出了在常规酸液中加入起泡剂的氮气泡沫酸化法。室内研制出性能较好的泡沫酸液,并进行了泡沫封堵能力评价、泡沫岩心分流实验和现场泡沫酸化试验。该泡沫酸热稳定性达到65℃,耐盐性能达到80 g/L。实验结果表明,泡沫对水层有较强的封堵能力,岩心分流量由注泡沫前的9︰1变为最终的1.2︰1。现场应用泡沫酸化6口井,平均日增油量为5.4 t,6口试验井累计增油量为1 015.4 t,有效期达6个月以上。结果表明,泡沫酸液能有效封堵高渗层,改善低渗层酸化效果,达到均匀酸化的目的。
In view of bad acid effect in Chang 6 anisotropic oil reservoirs of Hualangmao oil field,a method of nitrogen gas foam acidizing is developed.The high performance acidizing fluid system is made in laboratory,and evaluations of sealing,diffluence and foam acidizing are done to indicate that the thermo-stability reaches to 65℃,the salt-resistance is up to 80 g/L and the core diffluence changes from 9:1 to 1.2:1.The applications in 6 wells show that the average production increases by 5.4 t a day,the general production increases by 1,015.4 t and the validity life reaches more than 6 months.
