摘要
目的探讨个性化3D打印对小儿肱骨髁上骨折进行外固定治疗的效果,为临床提供参考。方法选择2019年3月至2020年3月江西省新余市中医院骨科接受治疗的60例患为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组采用单纯中医手法复位联合个性化3D打印的支具固定骨折断端治疗,对照组采用单纯中医手法复位联合小夹板固定治疗,分别观察两组患者的治愈率、并发症发生率,进行比较。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.065,P<0.05);观察组患儿并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.309,P<0.05)。结论单纯中医手法复位联合个性化3D打印的支具固定骨折断端治疗肱骨髁上骨折患儿疗效显著,可显著改善患者临床症状,同时显著降低并发症的发生,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of personalized 3D printing on external fixation of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children,and to provide a reference for clinical practice.Methods Sixty patients who were treated in the Department of Orthopedics of Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Province from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The observation group was treated with manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine combined with personalized 3D printed brace to fix the broken end of fracture,while the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine manual reduction combined with small splints for fixation.The cure rate and complication rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.065,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.67%)(χ^(2)=6.309,P<0.05).Conclusion Manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine combined with personalized 3D printed brace for fixation of broken ends is effective in treating patients with supracondylar fracture of humerus,which can significantly improve patients′clinical symptoms and significantly reduce the occurrence of complications.Thus it is worthy of clinical promotion.
