摘要
农牧民是农业生产资源的占有者和使用者,其农业技术选择行为直接影响农业生态环境。本文基于西藏拉萨市和林芝市397名农牧民调研数据,利用Probit模型分析了农牧民农业绿色生产技术选择行为的影响因素,为西藏农业绿色发展技术的推广和应用以及农业绿色发展政策制定提供依据和参考。研究表明:西藏农牧民农业绿色技术选择行为受户主年龄、家庭收入、环境认知、相关治理政策等多种因素的影响,其中,环境认知和治理政策的驱动作用影响显著。在西藏推进农业绿色发展进程中,应当逐步完善农业绿色发展管理政策体系,综合运用命令控制、经济刺激、劝说鼓励等多种政策工具,充分调动广大农牧民的热情,让他们积极采用农业绿色发展技术。
Farmers and herdsmen are the common owners and users of agricultural production resources, and their choice of agricultural technology directly determines the impact of agricultural production on the ecology and environment. Based on the survey data of 397 farmers and herdsmen in Lhasa and Nyingchi of Tibet, this paper analyzed the influence factors of farmers and herdsmen on choice of agricultural green production technology by using Probit model, so as to provide basis and reference for the promotion and application of agricultural green development technology and the formulation of agricultural green development policies in Tibet. The results showed that the agricultural green technology selection behavior of farmers and herdsmen in Tibet was affected by many factors, such as the age of the head of household, the family income, environmental awareness, and relevant governance policies. Among them, the driving effect of environmental cognition and governance policy were more significant. In the process of promoting agricultural green development in Tibet, we should gradually improve the management policies of agricultural green development, comprehensively many policy tools can be used such as command control, economic stimulation, persuasion and encouragement, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of farmers and herdsmen and to make them actively adopt agricultural green development technology.
