摘要
以强度等级和长细比作为主要设计参数,设计了10根SCLC短柱,并对其进行轴心受压试验。试验结果表明:SCLC轴压短柱极限承载力随着强度等级的提高(SCLC35、SCLC40、SCLC45)而提高(增幅:10.49%、18.38%、32.18%),随着长细比的增加(4.75、5.5、6.25)而减小(降幅:0.15%、5.6%、11.89%),其中强度等级对极限承载力的影响更大。根据本研究提出的SCLC轴压短柱承载力计算式所得数据可知,承载力试验值、计算值和模拟值的吻合度较高,SCLC轴压短柱受力的试验曲线和模拟曲线相接近,验证了试验的可行性。
Taking the strength grade and slenderness ratio as the main design parameters,10 short columns of SCLC are designed and tested under axial compression.The experimental results indicated that the ultimate bearing capacity of SCLC short columns under axial compression increases(10.49%,18.38%,and 32.18%)with the increase of strength grade(SCLC35,SCLC40,SCLC45),and decreases(0.15%,5.6%,11.89%)with the increase of slenderness ratio(4.75,5.5,6.25),in which the strength grade has a greater influence on the ultimate bearing capacity.According to the data of the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of SCLC short columns,it can be seen that the test value,calculation value and simulation value of the bearing capacity are in good agreement,and the test curve of the bearing capacity of SCLC short columns is close to the simulation curve,which verifies the feasibility of the test.
