双“Σ”形冷弯薄壁型钢拼合短柱轴压试验研究

摘要 为研究连接方式和构造差别对双“Σ”形冷弯薄壁型钢拼合短柱受压性能的影响,对24个拼合短柱进行轴压试验研究.大部分构件产生一侧外凸、一侧内凹的畸变屈曲,部分构件则发生不对称的畸变屈曲或局部屈曲.试验结果表明:构件的宽厚比和初始缺陷是影响构件承载力最主要的因素;在间距和排列方式相同的情况下,采用螺栓连接的构件承载力略高于采用自攻钉连接的构件承载力. In order to study the effect of connection mode and construction difference on the compression behavior of the cold-formed thin-walled steel doubleΣ-shaped built-up short columns,the axial compression tests of 24 short columns were carried out.Most of the components have distortional buckling with one side convex and the other side concave,while some components have asymmetric distortional buckling or local buckling.The test results show that the width-thickness ratio and initial defect are the most important factors influencing the axial bearing capacity of the components.In the case of the same screw spacing and arrangement,the bearing capacity of the components connected by bolts is slightly higher than the bearing capacity of the components connected by self-tapping screws.
