摘要
调味品能够使菜品色泽与香味得到有效提升,是菜品乃至烹饪的关键所在。我国菜系类别众多,但选用材料实际不存在显著差异,选用调味品时会出现较大的差别。要使我国的烹饪发展实现标准化、现代化,推动烹饪行业稳定、快速发展,重视调味品的选择与使用十分关键。基于此,本文着重分析了现代调味品在我国烹饪发展中的作用。
Condiments can effectively enhance the color and aroma of dishes,which is the key to dishes and even cooking.There are many types of Chinese cuisine,but there is no significant difference in the actual selection of materials,and there will be big differences when choosing condiments.In order to achieve standardization and modernization of China’s cooking development,and to promote the stable and rapid development of the cooking industry,it is crucial to attach importance to the selection and use of condiments.Based on this,this article focuses on the analysis of the role of modern condiments in the development of Chinese cuisine.
