摘要
某型号火箭在产品尺寸、技术创新、性能提升方面的跨代特点以及研制阶段的特殊性,从客观上决定了全国大协作的研制组织模式。结合某型号火箭关深阶段的研制特点,分析了外协项目类别和外协单位种类,创新提出了适应关深阶段的外协项目管理方法,在型号管理中进行了实践应用并取得了一定成绩,同时对后续管理工作进行了思考,为某型号火箭关深阶段以及后续工程阶段的顺利实施提供辅助和保障。
The cross generation characteristic of a certain rocket in product size,technological innovation,performance improvement,objectively determine the development organization mode of national cooperation.In this paper,combined with the development characteristics of a certain type of rocket in the pre research stage,the types of outsourcing projects and outsourcing units are analyzed,and the outsourcing project management method adapted to the pre research stage is put forward innovativrly.It has been applied in the model management and achieved certain results.At the samen time,the follow-up management work is considered,which is helpful for the smooth implementation of the pre research stage and the subsequent engineering stage of a certain type of rocket..
