摘要 由于远地式导管架外加电流阴极保护技术采用的集成装置系统构成复杂,利用常规方案难以实现海上安装,因此提出新的安装方法进行作业线布置,它利用张紧器控制主电缆释放速度,通过入水桥下水,待电缆通过张紧器后,按照设计位置将参比电缆、钢缆与主电缆集成在一起,随后将集成缆阶段性释放、入水,再利用浮吊吊机辅助配合完成固定式沉块及阳极框架的吊装就位、水下安装。通过新方案的探讨及优化,该集成装置顺利完成海上安装,为外加电流阴极保护技术在海洋工程领域的推广应用打下坚实基础,同时也印证了新方案的可行性、可靠性与安全性。 Because the integrated device system used in the remote impressed current cathodic protection technology of offshore jacket is complex,it is difficult to realize the offshore installation by using the conventional scheme,so a new installation method is put forward for the operation line arrangement,that is,the main cable release speed is controlled by the tensioner and put into water through the tensioner;after the cable passes through the tensioner,the reference cable,steel cable and main cable are integrated according to the designed position;the integrated cable is released and put into water;then the floating crane is used to hoist the fixed sinking block and anode frame to their places and carry out underwater installation.Through the discussion and optimization of the new scheme,the integrated device has successfully completed the offshore installation,which lays a solid foundation for the popularization and application of impressed current cathodic protection technology in the field of offshore engineering,and also confirms the feasibility,reliability and safety of the new scheme.
