摘要
某电厂600 MW直接空冷机组锅炉后屏过热器泄漏,停机处理后启动再次泄漏。通过检查分析,后屏过热器第一次泄漏是因异种钢焊口焊接质量差;第二次泄漏是由于第一次泄漏停机后,未采用热炉带压放水,第二次启动过程中操作不当,导致后屏过热器形成水塞,造成局部短时过热爆管。提出消除缺陷方法和预防措施,利于锅炉后屏过热器管防磨防爆检修及运行中防止过热爆管。
Leakage of rear platen superheater of 600 MW direct air cooling unit in a power plant,and it starts to leak again after shutdown and treatment.Through the inspection and analysis,the first leakage is due to the poor welding quality of the dissimilar steel welded joint.The second leakage is due to the first leakage shutdown,the hot boiler with pressure drainage was not used,and the improper operation during the second start-up process led to the formation of water plug in the rear platen superheater,resulting in local short-term overheating tube explosion.The method of eliminating defects and preventive measures are put forward,which is beneficial to the anti-wear and explosion-proof maintenance of boiler rear platen superheater tube and the prevention of overheating tube explosion during operation.
