摘要
华能玉环电厂是国内首座安装有4台1 000 MW超超临界机组的燃煤发电厂,投产2年来,多次出现因过热器水塞而引起的锅炉爆管,分析了机组启动过程中锅炉过热器进水过程和原因,介绍了防止超超临界直流锅炉过热器进水的技术措施。
Huaneng Yuhuan power plant is the first satation that have four Ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit of 1 000 MW capacity in China.This article introduces Formation of Water Seal in Convection Superheaters of Boiler when the unit starting up,analyses the reasons that Water Seal in Convection Superheaters of Ultra-supercritical oncethrough boiler,and discuss technical measures that how to prevent Water Seal in Convection Superheaters of Ultra-supercritical oncethrough boiler.
