摘要
目的观察分析纽曼健康系统模式对慢性前列腺炎伴抑郁症患者的临床疗效。方法选取本院2019年08月~2020年08月期间接收的慢性前列腺炎伴抑郁症患者114例。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各57例。对照组57例患者给予常规基础护理,研究组57例患者给予纽曼健康系统模式下的护理干预,观察对比干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数(NIH-CPSI)评分,及临床疗效和护理满意度。结果研究组患者临床疗效和护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分和NIH-CPSI各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纽曼健康系统模式下的护理干预可有效减轻患者前列腺炎症以及焦虑抑郁情绪,效果确切,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Newman health system model on patients with chronic prostatitis and depression. Methods A total of 114 patients with chronic prostatitis and depression in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,and 57 cases in each group. The control group were given routine nursing care,the team give Newman health system mode of 57 patients nursing intervention,to observe the contrast before and after the intervention depression self rating scale(SDS)evaluation and self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)and the United States national institutes of health chronic inflammatory prostate integral index(NIH-CPSI)score,and clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction. Results The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention,SDS score,SAS score and NIH-CPSI scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention of the Newman health system model can effectively reduce prostate inflammation,anxiety and depression in patients with definite effect and high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
