摘要
目的:探究和分析静脉注射右美托咪啶辅助全身麻醉的有效性和安全性。方法:2019年1月~2020年1月收治的所有需要进行全身麻醉的患者中选取116例自愿参与本次临床研究的患者作为观察对象,将这116例患者按照入院时间的先后顺序分为试验组和对照组两组,两组各58例;对照组的58例患者行全身麻醉辅助静脉注射生理盐水,试验组的58例患者在全身麻醉的基础上静脉注射右美托咪啶。对对照组和试验组两组患者的麻醉前、麻醉后5 min、麻醉后15 min的Ramsay评分进行对比,比较两组患者麻醉后的心率、收缩压和舒张压,分析两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果:从两组患者的Ramsay评分来看,麻醉前,两组患者的Ramsay评分无差异,麻醉后5 min和麻醉后15 min,试验组患者的Ramsay评分均明显比对照组患者高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从两组患者麻醉后的心率、收缩压和舒张压来看,试验组患者的心率比对照组低,同时试验组的收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从两组患者的不良反应来看,试验组患者中,不良反应发生率为3.45%,明显少于对照组患者的29.31%。结论:在对患者实施全身麻醉的基础上,给予患者静脉注射右美托咪啶能够显著提高患者全身麻醉后的Ramsay评分,改善患者的心率和血压,降低和减少不良反应的发生,明显提高全身麻醉的有效性与安全性,值得在临床中进行广泛应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy and safety of intravenous dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia.Method 116 patients who volunteered to participate in the clinical study were selected as the objects of observation.The 116 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the sequence of admission time,58 cases in each group;58 patients in the control group were treated with general anesthesia assisted by intravenous injection of physiological saline.58 patients in the test group were given dexmedetomidine intravenously on the basis of general anesthesia.Ramsay scores before anesthesia,5 minutes after anesthesia and 15 minutes after anesthesia were compared between the control group and the experimental group.Heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were compared between the two groups,and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results According to the Ramsay score of the two groups,there was no difference between the two groups before anesthesia.The Ramsay score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group 5 minutes after anesthesia and 15 minutes after anesthesia,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups,the heart rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,while the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the adverse reactions of the two groups,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.45%,significantly lower than that in the control group(29.31%).Conclusion On the basis of general anesthesia,intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine can significantly improve the Ramsay score,improve the heart rate and blood pressure of patients,reduce and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,significantly improve the ef
