摘要
导磁套是组成电磁阀的核心零件,其加工质量直接影响电磁阀阀芯的运动灵活性和工作可靠性。导磁套为多个零件焊接盲孔结构,半精加工后进行磁性能高温退火热处理,热处理后进行零件内孔精加工。采用精镗加工的盲孔表面粗糙度不满足要求,内孔尺寸和圆柱度一致性差,导磁套盲孔精加工已成为影响电磁阀批量高质量生产的瓶颈。针对该问题从研具设计、磨粒及润滑剂配置、研磨参数、研磨方法等方面进行了导磁套盲孔研磨技术研究,掌握了表面质量、加工精度和形状精度满足要求的研磨加工工艺技术,有效解决了电磁阀批量交付制约瓶颈。通过2种型号电磁阀970件导磁套盲孔研磨实践应用,总结了研磨关键技术和经验,建立了研磨工艺参数数据库,可有效指导其他产品的盲孔研磨加工。
The magnetic sleeve was the core part of the solenoid valve,the processing quality directly affected the movement flexibility and working reliability of the solenoid valve core.The structure of magnetic sleeve was blind and was welded by several parts.The magnetic energy high temperature annealing heat treatment was carried out after semi-finishing,then the inner hole of the parts was finished.The surface roughness of the blind hole processed by fine boring did not meet the requirements,and the consistency of the size and cylindricity of the inner hole was poor,so the finishing of the blind hole of the magnetic sleeve has been becoming the bottleneck that affected solenoid valve of the mass production and high quality.From the aspects of lapping tool design,abrasive particle and lubricant configuration,lapping parameters,grinding methods and so on,the research on the magnetic sleeve blind hole lapping technology was carried out,and it was mastered including the surface quality,machining accuracy and shape accuracy meeting the requirements of the lapping processing technology,which effectively solved the bottleneck of the batch delivery of solenoid valve.Based on the practical application of 970 pieces of magnetic bushing blind hole lapping of two types of solenoid valve,it was summarized that the key technology and experience of lapping,and set up the database of lapping process parameters,which could effectively guide the blind hole lapping of other products.
