分析实时荧光PCR技术检测结核杆菌的临床应用价值 被引量:3

Analysis of the Clinical Application Value of Real-time Fluorescent PCR Technology in Detecting Mycobacterium Tuberculosis

摘要 目的分析实时荧光PCR技术在检测结核杆菌中的应用价值。方法从该院2018年2月—2019年2月收治的结核病患者中随机抽取100例,对其应用实时荧光PCR技术、培养法与涂片法进行结核杆菌检测,分析并对比患者的阳性率。结果应用实时荧光PCR技术、培养法、涂片法检测患者的结核标本的阳性率分别为53%、38%、27%,实时荧光PCR技术与培养法检测出的阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.023,P=0.003);实时荧光PCR技术法与涂片法检测出的阳性率,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.083,P<0.001)。结论相比于培养法与涂片法,实时荧光PCR技术能够更有效的检测出患者体内的结核杆菌,具有较为明显的优势,具有一定的诊断价值。 Objective To analyze the application value of real-time fluorescent PCR technology in the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Methods 100 cases were randomly selected from the tuberculosis patients admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019,real-time fluorescent PCR technology,culture method and smear method were applied to detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis,and the positive rate of patients was analyzed and compared.Results The positive rates of tuberculosis specimens detected by real-time fluorescent PCR technology,culture method,and smear method were 53%,38%,and 27%,respectively.The positive rates detected by real-time fluorescent PCR technology and culture method were significantly different,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.023,P=0.003).The difference between the positive rate detected by real-time fluorescent PCR technique and smear method was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.083,P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with culture method and smear method,real-time fluorescent PCR technology can detect tubercle bacillus in patients more effectively,has obvious advantages,has certain diagnostic value.
