摘要
聚酯缆系泊系统已在国际上广泛应用于浮式平台,但在国内的应用还未有先例。本文基于国内研发的深海系泊聚酯缆,通过试验的方法评估国产聚酯缆在材料丝、破断载荷、子绳伸长和刚度等方面的性能,明确了国产聚酯缆在材料丝和破断载荷方面与进口聚酯缆没有差距,但在子绳伸长和刚度性能,测试所得多组数据之间的偏差比进口缆较大。通过数值模拟的方法,开展了国产聚酯缆在陵水17-2气田半潜式生产平台——“深海一号”能源站的水动力分析和系泊系统时域耦合分析,结果表明国产聚酯缆的伸长性能和刚度性能也能够较好地满足深水半潜式生产平台系泊系统的设计要求。本文研究成果为国产聚酯缆在中国南海深水海域的进一步应用提供了参考依据。
Mooring system with polyester rope has been widely applied in floating platform in the world,but it hasn’t been used in China yet.Based on the deep-sea mooring polyester rope developed in China,this paper evaluates the performance of domestic polyester rope in terms of material filaments,breaking load,warp rope elongation and rigidity through test,and makes it clear that there is no difference between domestic polyester rope and imported polyester rope in terms of material filaments and breaking load,but in terms of warp rope elongation and rigidity,the deviation between the test data is larger than that of the imported polyester rope.By numerical simulation,the hydrodynamic analysis and mooring system time domain coupling analysis of domestic polyester rope in the semi submersible production platform-“Deep Sea No.1”energy station of LS17-2 gas field are carried out,and the results show that the elongation and rigidity performances of domestic polyester rope can also meet the design requirements of mooring system on deepwater semi-submersible production platform.The research results in this paper provide a reference for the further application of domestic polyester rope in the deep water of South China Sea.
