摘要
文章以新形势下西部地区双非地方高校研究生培养质量保障体系为研究对象,基于西部地区双非地方高校研究生培养过程的特点,分析研究生培养过程面临的问题,从培育和吸引优秀生源、课程体系和课程教学、导师队伍建设、研究生培养过程管理和研究生创新培养模式方面提出构建西部地区双非地方高校研究生培养质量保障体系的对策。
In this paper,the quality assurance system of postgraduate education in local universities of the western China under the new situation is taken as the research object.Based on the characteristics of the postgraduate education process of local universities in the western China,the problems faced in the postgraduate education process are analyzed.Then the strategies to construct the quality assurance system of graduate education in local universities are put forwarded,including the cultivation and attraction of excellent students,course system and teaching,the construction of tutor team,management of postgraduate education process and innovation education model of postgraduate.
