摘要
目的探讨中医医院在医疗质量管理中应用品管圈的效果。方法将2015年5月—2020年5月中医医院50名新入职医护人员纳入研究,用计算机进行随机分组,分为参照组(n=25)、实验组(n=25),参照组进行常规管理,实验组则应用品管圈模式进行管理,比较医护人员综合能力和管理满意度。结果实验组医护人员相对参照组来说,其综合能力更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组管理满意度与参照组组间对比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医医院医疗在质量管理中应用品管圈可提高医护人员综合能力,获得更高满意度,具有实际应用效果。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle in the medical quality management of Chinese medicine hospitals.Methods From May 2015 to May 2020,fifty newly recruited medical staff from the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included in the study.They were randomly grouped by computer and divided into reference group(n=25)and experiment group(n=25),the reference group performed routine management,and the experiment group used the quality control circle model to manage,compared the comprehensive ability and management satisfaction of medical staff.Results Compared with the reference group,the medical staff of the experiment group had higher comprehensive ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the management satisfaction degree of the experiment group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle in quality management of traditional Chinese medicine hospital can improve the comprehensive ability of medical staff,obtain higher satisfaction,and have practical application effects.
