摘要
目的:分析用远程动态实时心电监测仪对心血管疾病患者的心脏情况进行监测的效果。方法:将2018年9月至2020年9月期间广东省肇庆市高要区人民医院收治的102例心血管疾病患者作为研究对象。将这102例患者随机分为对照组(n=51)和研究组(n=51)。对对照组患者进行常规心电图监测,对研究组患者使用远程动态实时心电监测仪进行监测。然后,对比两组患者心电图危急值的检出情况及处理时间。结果:与对照组患者相比,研究组患者心电图危急值的检出率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在两组患者出现心电图危急值后对其进行紧急处理的时间相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与进行常规心电图监测相比,用远程动态实时心电监测仪对心血管疾病患者的心脏情况进行监测的效果更好,且不会延迟对其进行紧急处理的时间。
Objective:To analyze the effect of monitoring the heart condition of patients with cardiovascular diseases by using remote dynamic real-time ECG monitor.METHODS:A total of 102 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to Gaoyao District People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the subjects.These 102 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=51)and study group(n=51).Routine ECG monitoring was performed on patients in the control group,and remote dynamic real-time ECG monitoring was performed on patients in the research group.Then,the detection of critical ECG value and treatment time were compared between the two groups.RESULTS:Compared with the control group,the detection rate of critical ECG value in the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the time of emergency treatment after the occurrence of critical ECG value(P>0.05).Conclusions:Compared with conventional ECG monitoring,remote dynamic real-time ECG monitoring is more effective in monitoring the cardiac condition of patients with cardiovascular disease and does not delay th e time for emergency treatment.
