摘要
1+X证书制度是我国职业教育领域面向新时代的重大改革创举,也是深化人才培养模式和评价模式改革的制度设计。在分析高职医卫类教育1+X证书制度的现实价值基础上,牢牢把握该制度所蕴含的融通性、协同性、开放性、终身性等逻辑特征,进而科学系统的顶层设计和周密细致的组织实施,充分调动校院优质资源,培养适合医疗卫生和健康产业发展的医卫人才。
1+X certificate system is an important innovation in the field of vocational education in our country facing the new era.It is also a system design to deepen the reform of talent training mode and evaluation mode.Based on the analysis of the practical value of the 1+X certificate system in higher vocational medical and health education,this paper firmly grasps the logical characteristics of the system,such as accommodation,coordination,openness,and lifelong nature.Then,the top-level design and careful organization and implementation of the system can fully mobilize the excellent resources of the university and cultivate medical and health talents suitable for the development of medical and health industry.
