摘要
我国成人高等教育由于财政投入严重不足而地位边缘化,应试型教育模式导致教育目标漂移,“去成人化”的办学模式导致办学质量差。《中国教育现代化2035》试图突破高等教育二元体制,有利于构建成人高等教育与其他教育的贯通机制;可以促进成人高等教育实现发展动能转换,有利于成人高等教育社会地位的提升与发展空间的拓展;可以顺畅构建学分转换机制,有利于成人高等教育质量的提升。为实现成人高等教育的转型发展,需要创新成人高等教育管理体制,构建科学合理的学分转换机制;根据终身教育的本质要求改造成人高等教育的课程体系与教学内容;以教学模式改革为突破口,创新多元化的成人高等教育人才培养模式;构建立体化的教学评价机制与质量保障机制。
China's adult higher education is marginalized due to serious insufficient financial investment.The test⁃oriented education model leads to dissociation of educational goals,and the"de⁃adult"school running model leads to poor school quality.China Education Modernization 2035 attempts to break through the dual system of higher education and help to build the linkage mechanism between adult higher education and other education;at the same time,it can help adult higher education to conduct the transformation of development momentum,and promote the adult higher education's social status and expand their development space;it can smoothly build the credit conversion mechanism,which is beneficial to the improvement of the quality of adult higher education.In order to realize the transformation and development of adult higher education,it is necessary to innovate the management system and build a scientific and reasonable credit conversion mechanism.We should reform the curriculum system and teaching content according to the essential requirements of lifelong education,innovate the diversified talent cultivation mode by taking the reform of teaching mode as breakthrough and build a three⁃dimensional teaching evaluation mechanism and quality assurance mechanism.
