摘要
目的分析我国潜伏性结核感染(latent tuberculosis infection, LTBI)研究现状与热点,为我国尘肺患者LTBI的防治提供参考依据。方法在中国知网、万方中文期刊数据库和维普数据库检索2000—2019年国内发表的以LTBI为主题的文献。采用CiteSpace对符合纳入标准的文献进行文献计量与可视化分析。结果共纳入405篇文献,其中期刊290篇、学位论文115篇。文献发表总体呈逐年递增趋势,年份与年发文量存在明显的正相关(r=0.935,P<0.01)。发文量主要集中在2014—2019年,占67.2%(272/405)。结核分枝杆菌(mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria, MTB)、γ-干扰素释放试验(interferon-gamma release assays, IGRAs)、活动性结核(active tuberculosis, ATB)为该领域相关研究的高频关键词。尘肺患者LTBI研究包括横断面患病情况及影响因素分析、生物标志物探讨两个方面,研究相对较晚。结论 LTBI研究领域的文献数量总体呈逐年递增趋势,但尘肺患者LTBI研究较少。今后我国应加大尘肺患者LTBI的研究力度,为尘肺患者LTBI的预防和管理提供科学依据。
Objective To understand the research status and hotspot in latent tuberculosis infection(LTBI)in China, and to provide recommendation for the prevention and treatment of LTBI among pneumoconiosis patients.Methods The Chinese literatures on LTBI published from January 1?2000 to December 31?2019 had been retrieved in CNKI database, Wanfang Chinese periodical database and VIP database, and CiteSpace were used for the bibliometric and visual analysis on the literatures met the inclusion criiteria. Results The results showed that a total of 405 articles were collected, including 290 journal papers and 115 dissertations, and the overall trend of the number of literature published was increasing year by year, there was a significant positive correlation between the year and the number of published papers(r=0.935,P<0.01), and the number of publications were mainly concentrated in 2014—2019, which accountied for 67.2%(272/405).Additionally, "mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria(MTB)","interferon-gamma release assays(IGRAs)", and"active tuberculosis(ATB)"were the high frequency keywords in this field. While the LTBI study on pneumoconiosis mainly included two aspects: the cross-sectional prevalence and risk factors, and the biomarkers, but the studies were carried out relatively late.Conclusion The results suggested that the number of literatures in LTBI research field was increasing year by year, but the LTBI study on pneumoconiosis patients was less and late. Therefore, in the future, our country should strengthen the study of LTBI in pneumoconiosis patients, thereby might provide a scientific basis for the prevention and management of LTBI in patients with pneumoconiosis.
