摘要
在这项工作中,建立了ICP-MS方法(微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法)测定水产品中的痕量元素。用HNO3-HCl-H2O系统消化样品,然后添加金标准溶液以除去系统中的Hg储存。Co/ors混合模式电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)用于测定水产品中的28种微量元素锂、铍、铝、钛、钒、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、镓、砷、硒、锶、钼、银、镉、锡、锑、碲、钡、汞、铊、铅、铀。回收率为85.3%~110%,标准偏差小于10%。28个项目的检出限为0.001~0.022mg kg^(-1)。该方法适用于在实验室水产品中同时实施28个跟踪设备。
In this work,ICP-MS(microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry)was established to determine trace elements in aquatic products.The samples were digested by HNO3 HCl H2O system,and then gold standard solution was added to remove Hg storage in the system.Co/ors mixed mode inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)is used to determine 28 trace elements in aquatic products,such as lithium,beryllium,aluminum,titanium,vanadium,chromium,manganese,iron,cobalt,nickel,copper,zinc,gallium,arsenic,selenium,strontium,molybdenum,silver,cadmium,tin,antimony,tellurium,barium,mercury,thallium,lead and uranium.The recovery rate is 85.3%~110%,and the standard deviation is less than 10%.The detection limit of 28 projects is 0.001-0.022 mg kg^(-1).The method is suitable for 28 tracking equipment in laboratory aquatic products.
