摘要
电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)是一种极其灵敏的分析方法,在当下的科技氛围下,多采用该方法来检测环境科学研究中超微量、多种元素含量。国内外在环境监测方面多应用此方法来测定地表水、土壤、大气等所含有的微量、多种元素含量。本文介绍了电感耦合等离子体质谱法的原理、优缺点,并简要分析了其在水质、土壤、金属元素和应急分析中的应用。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)is an extremely sensitive analytical method.In the current scientific and technological atmosphere,this method is often used to detect ultra-trace and multi-element content in environmental science research.This method is widely used in environmental monitoring at home and abroad to determine trace and multi-element contents in surface water,soil and atmosphere.This paper introduces the principle,advantages and disadvantages of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and briefly analyzes its application in water quality,soil,metal elements and emergency analysis.
