摘要 为研究不同种源山桐子的光能利用效率,对其叶绿素荧光参数进行测定比较,以期为早期选择优良的育种材料提供参考.以山桐子叶片作为试验材料,运用Fluor Cam叶绿素荧光成像系统,分别测定11个种源的最小荧光(Fo)和最大荧光(Fm)、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和叶绿体光系统II(PSII)潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、稳态非光化学荧光淬灭(NPQ_Lss)和稳态光化学荧光淬灭(q P_Lss)等参数.在11个不同种源山桐子中,东京种源的光能利用率高,热耗散能力低,光合能力强;赣州种源具有相对较高的光能利用率,光合潜能大,对环境的适应能力强;张家界种源的电子传递能力强,光合效率高;整体而言,东京、赣州、张家界种源的山桐子各项荧光参数数据较其他种源突出,显示其具有较高的光能利用率和PSII潜在活性.综上所述,可以将它们作为山桐子高光效育种的优良种质资源,在发展经济林建设时更适合采用东京、张家界种源山桐子;在困难立地条件造林时,更适合采用赣州种源山桐子. The study was conducted to explore the light energy utilization efficiency of Idesia polycarpa Maxim.from different provenances.The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured and compared to provide the reference for the early selection of good breeding materials.Fluor Cam chlorophyll fluorescence imaging system was used to measure the minimum fluorescence(Fo)and maximum fluorescence(Fm),maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),PSII potential activity(Fv/Fo),steady-state non-photochemical fluorescence quenching(NPQ_Lss),steady-state photochemical fluorescence quenching(q P_Lss),and other parameters of eleven provenances of I.polycarpa Maxim..The results showed that Tokyo provenance had high light energy utilization rate,low heat dissipation capacity and strong photosynthetic capacity among eleven different provenances of I.polycarpa Maxim..Ganzhou provenance had a relatively high light energy utilization rate,high photosynthetic potential and strong adaptability to the environment.Zhangjiajie provenance had strong electron transfer ability and high photosynthetic efficiency.On the whole,the fluorescence parameter data of the provenances from Tokyo,Ganzhou,and Zhangjiajie were more prominent than those from other provenances,indicating that these provenances had higher light energy utilization rate and PSII potential activity.To sum up,they can be used as excellent germplasm resources for the high light efficiency breeding of I.polycarpa Maxim..It is more suitable to use I.polycarpa Maxim.provenance from Tokyo and Zhangjiajie in the development of economic forest construction,and when afforestation under difficult site conditions,it is more suitable to adopt Ganzhou provenance of I.polycarpa Maxim..
