摘要
目的:探讨孕期营养指导对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇干预效果及对妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年5月某院门诊妊娠期糖尿病孕妇80例,其中观察组40例采用孕期营养干预指导,对照组40例接受常规营养管理,对比两组的临床指标。结果:两组在血糖控制良好率、糖化血红蛋白水平、妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多、剖宫产数据及新生儿并发症发生情况对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病孕妇在早期开展孕期营养干预措施,能够调控好血糖,改善母婴结局。
Objective:To investigate the effect of nutritional guidance during pregnancy on the intervention effect of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and its effect on pregnancy outcomes.Methods:80 pregnant women with gestational diabetes in a hosptial from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected,of which 40 cases in the observation group adopted pregnancy nutrition intervention guidance,40 cases in the control group received routine nutrition management,the clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:There was statistically significant difference in the two groups in the good blood glucose control rate,glycated hemoglobin level,hypertension during pregnancy,polyhydramnios,cesarean section data and newborns complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early pregnancy nutrition intervention for pregnant women with gestational diabetes can regulate blood sugar and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
