妊娠期糖尿病患者实施常规健康教育与早期护理干预模式的价值分析 被引量:5

Analysis of the Value of Implementing Routine Health Education and Early Care Intervention Model for Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的 探讨采用常规健康教育以及早期护理干预模式对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行护理干预后获得临床效果。方法 选取2020年3月—2022年5月莆田学院附属医院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者85例,经抽签法分组,参照组42例接受常规护理干预,研究组43例在参照组基础上接受常规健康教育以及早期护理干预。比较两组患者的干预依从性评分、不良妊娠结局发生率以及血糖相关指标水平。结果 研究组规律服药(90.59±2.58)分、科学饮食(92.22±2.46)分、适宜运动(91.17±3.25)分、调整心理(91.35±3.59)分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者不良妊娠结局中胎儿早产2.33%、胎儿畸形0.00%、巨大儿2.33%,总不良妊娠结局发生率为4.65%,明显低于参照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组空腹血糖水平(7.39±1.39)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖水平(9.23±2.23)mmol/L较参照组更低,血糖控制达标时间(15.39±2.56)d较参照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 常规健康教育联合早期护理干预效果更佳,可显著提高患者干预依从性,显著改善妊娠结果以及血糖指标,促进患者预后。 Objective To explore the clinical effects obtained after adopting conventional health education as well as early nursing intervention model for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Eighty-five patients of gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian College from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected. They were divided by lot, the reference group of 42 cases receiving conventional nursing interventions and the study group of 43 cases receiving conventional health education and early nursing interventions on the basis of the reference group. The intervention compliance scores, incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and levels of glucoserelated indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of regular medication(90.59±2.58) points,scientific diet(92.22±2.46) points, appropriate exercise(91.17±3.25) points and psychological adjustment(91.35±3.59) points in the study group were higher than those in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Among the adverse pregnancy outcomes of patients in the study group, 2.33% of fetuses were preterm, 0.00% were fetal malformations, 2.33% were giant babies, and the overall incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 4.65% was significantly lower than that of the reference group 33.33%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The fasting glucose level(7.39±1.39) mmol/L and 2 h postprandial glucose level(9.23±2.23) mmol/L in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, the time to reach the standard of blood glucose control was shorter in the study group(15.39±2.56) d than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine health education combined with early nursing intervention is more effective and can significantly improve patients’ compliance with the intervention, significantly improve pregnancy outcomes and glycemic indexes, and promote patients’ prognosis.
