摘要
通过对蓄电池内化成过程中温度和电解液密度等影响因素进行研究,确定了富液式蓄电池内化成电解液的密度为1.05 g/cm3、五段式化成充电制度、电解液添加剂Na2SO4的最佳浓度为0.030 mol/L等工艺参数。测试成品蓄电池,产品性能达到了标准GB/T 5008.1—2013对长寿命耐振动蓄电池的要求。特别是,经过21 d的短路过放电能力验证,蓄电池的实际容量恢复到额定20小时率容量的92%。
Through the research on the influencing factors of the temperature and electrolyte density during the container formation,as well as the analysis of LSV.The results show that the density of electrolyte is 1.05 g/cm3,the five-stage charging system,and the optimal concentration of the additive Na2SO4 is 0.030 mol/L.The results of the battery test show that the performances meet the relevant standards.Especially after 21d over discharge the capacity of the battery returned to the 92%C n.
