摘要
电池内化成较外化成有许多明显的优点,特别是生产周期短、费工少、占地少、环境污染少。但如果采用一般的工艺,不容易化成透彻,因此其深循环寿命明显比不上外化成。通过改进配方和生产工艺,采用特殊的固化工艺,提高电池大电流充电接受能力,采用脉冲内化成减少极化,可以提高效率 30% ~40% ,电池的深循环寿命能达到用户的要求。寿命检测方法不能采用单个电池快速测试 (1 C 充 42 m in,2 C 放 18 m in 为一个循环) 要成组检测 (3 个或 4 个一组),工作电流 5 A 或 7 A 放电(D O D 100% ),否则会得到不同的结果,影响产品质量的认定。
Container formation has many advantages :(ref tank formation) shorter production time, low cost ,smaller working floor and is environmentally attracfive,usually container formation renders the battery inadequately charged ,the said shortcomes, we use the following procedures,improving the paste formula and manufacturing technique, adopt special solidify technology, enhancing the charge acceptance, employing pulse charging. The result is satisfactory, the formation efficiency is enhanced 30%-40%, the service life meets the requirements of the customers .We emphasize that the quick method of service life test(Charge 42 min.1C, discharge 18 min 2C,Per cycle)can not be used to replace the group test (100%DOD discharge 5-7A)in the evaluation of battery quality.
