摘要
目的探讨艾苓强身凝胶膏剂对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用注射乙酰苯肼和环磷酰胺致气血虚型免疫低下小鼠模型,分别贴敷高、中、低剂量的艾苓强身凝胶膏剂,连续给药15 d,观察小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数、迟发型过敏反应、血清中IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ、IgG水平变化。结果艾苓强身凝胶膏剂可显著上调免疫低下小鼠胸腺指数(P<0.05,P<0.01),下调免疫低下小鼠脾脏指数(P<0.05,P<0.01),增强免疫低下小鼠迟发型变态反应(DTH)的强度(P<0.05),提高免疫低下小鼠血清中IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IgG含量水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论艾苓强身凝胶膏剂能够显著改善免疫低下小鼠免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ailing Qiangshen Gel Ointment on the immune function of immunocompromised mice.Methods An immunocompromised mice model with qi-blood-deficiency syndrome induced by injection of acetophenhydrazine and cyclophosphamide was established.The model mice were applied with high,medium and low doses of Ailing Qiangshen Gel Ointment for 15 days continuously.Their thymus index,spleen index,delayed hypersensitivity,changes in the serum level of immune molecules IL-2,TNF-α,IFN-γ,and IgG were observed.Results Ailing Qiangshen Gel Ointment significantly increased the thymus index of the immunocompromised mice(P<0.05,P<0.01),lowered the spleen index(P<0.05,P<0.01),enhanced the intensity of delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH)(P<0.05),and increased the serum levels of IL-2,IFN-γ,TNF-α,and IgG(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Ailing Qiangshen Gel Ointment can significantly improve the immune function of immunocompromised mice.
