摘要
国家“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标纲要对建设高质量教育体系提出明确要求,公共英语教学作为基础学科是国内高校深化改革和实现高质量发展的重要组成部分,为适应面向世界、面向未来的目标要求,应当关注和解决当前普通高校公共外语教学中存在的思维、实践、通专融合、师资建设、产学研结合等方面存在的问题。通过对这些问题产生根源的剖析,需要有关部门和高校加大关注力度,进而推进高校公共外语教学在跨文化培养理念、提高学生语言运用能力、强化教学队伍梯队性建设、加强教学评价体系多样性研究以及推进高校外语教学的社会服务等方面的实化发展,进而发挥高校公共外语教学在高校教育改革实践中的参与、服务和保障作用。
The national“14th Five-Year Plan”and the 2035 long-term goal outline require the construction of a high-quality education system.As a basic course,public foreign teaching constitutes an important part of deepening reform and achieving high-quality development in domestic universities.In order to meet the requirements of facing the world and the future,we should pay attention to and solve the problems in thinking,practice,integration,teachers’construction,combination of production,study and research and of general education and professional education.Through the analysis of the primary causes of these problems,the relevant departments and universities need to pay more attention to achieving a better cross-cultural cultivation,improving students’foreign language competence,strengthening the echelon construction of teaching team,and promoting the quality of foreign language teaching.Besides,we should diversify teaching evaluation methods and promote the practice of social services of foreign language teaching in colleges and universities,so as to give full play to the participation,service and guarantee role of public foreign language teaching in the practice of higher education reform.
