新冠疫情下武汉市基层医务人员工作压力及其相关因素研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解疫情下基层医务人员的工作压力状况,并探讨其相关性的因素。方法采用典型地区抽样和便利抽样的方法,对武汉市13家社区卫生服务中心615名医务人员进行横断面问卷调查。采用工作压力源量表测量基层医务人员工作压力。进行单因素分析和logistics回归分析,以探讨基层医务人员工作压力的影响因素。结果武汉市基层医务人员的工作压力处于偏高水平。男性以及工作年限较长的基层医务人员工作压力更大。工作压力与社会支持与激励(R=-0.234)、应急能力(R=-0.149)和应急态度(R=-0.110)呈负相关。结论基层医务人员工作压力主要来源于工作负荷,与性别、工作年限有关,受到社会支持与激励、应急能力和应急态度的影响。政府和基层医疗卫生机构管理者可以通过加大对基层医务人员的关心与支持,提升其应急能力等干预措施,缓解基层医务人员的工作压力,以便其适应突发公共卫生事件。 Objective To understand the work pressure of grassroots medical staff under the epidemic situation,and to explore its related factors.Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted among 615 medical staff from 13 community health service centers in Wuhan by using the method of sampling in typical areas and convenience sampling.The work pressure source scale was used to measure the work pressure of primary medical staff.Uni-variate analysis and logistics regression analysis were conducted to explore the influencing factors of work stress of grassroots medical staff.Result The work pressure of primary medical staff in Wuhan is at a relatively high level.Men and grassroots medical staff with longer working years are more stressed.Work pressure is negatively correlated with social support and motivation(R=-0.234),emergency response ability(R=-0.149),and emergency attitude(R=-0.110).Conclusion The work pressure of primary medical staff mainly comes from work load,which is related to gender and working years,and is affected by social support and incentives,emergency response capabilities and emergency attitudes.The government and the managers of primary-level medical and health institutions can relieve the work pressure of primary-level medical staff by increasing their care and support for primary-level medical staff and enhancing their emergency response capabilities so that they can adapt to public health emergencies.
