摘要 针对山东省某大型燃气热水锅炉排烟温度较高与耗气量过大的问题,提出采用燃气直燃型吸收式热泵回收烟气余热、减少排烟损失,并给出燃气锅炉与吸收式热泵烟气余热回收方案的运行流程。根据天然气热平衡、排烟温度与天然气利用率、热泵COP值以及最大负荷利用小时数等,全面分析回收烟气余热节能效果。通过1个采暖季理论计算研究和实测对比分析得出,新方案比单独锅炉运行方案节约燃气约1 718 679 m^(3),热泵余热回收热量占总供热量的8.9%,分析过程和提出的工艺流程可供同类项目参考。 In view of the problem of high smoke discharge temperature and excessive gas consumption of a large gas hot water boiler in Shandong Province, the paper puts forward the operation process of using gas direct combustion absorbent heat pump to recover the residual heat of flue gas and reduce the loss of smoke exhaust, and gives the operation process of the waste heat recovery scheme of gas boiler and absorbent heat pump flue gas. According to the heat balance of natural gas, the temperature and utilization rate of natural gas, the COP value of the heat pump and the maximum load utilization hours, the energy saving effect of recovering the residual heat of the flue gas is comprehensively analyzed. Based on the theoretical calculation of 1 heating season and the comparative analysis of the measures, it is concluded that the new scheme saves about 1 718 679 m^(3) of gas compared to the individual boiler operation scheme, and the heat pump waste heat recovery heat accounts for 8.9% of the total heat supply, and the analysis process and the proposed process can be used for reference by similar projects.
