二类溴化锂吸收式热泵运行波动原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 金陵石化烷基苯厂原来蒸汽制取成本高,使用热泵后,一方面可以减少外购蒸汽量,另一方面可以实现烷烃的冷却,满足工艺装置生产要求。分析了该泵由于溶剂泵、溶液泵变频变化幅度较大、系统变频设置不合理等问题,造成运行不稳定,提出了缩短液控箱内探针间隙,以及调小变频幅度等相应的整改措施。结果表明,整改后运行参数稳定、蒸汽产量明显上升、烷烃出热泵温度趋于平稳。结论证明,该热泵可以充分的回收装置内低位热能,每年多收效益514.08万元,达到了节能降耗的目的。 the original steam production cost of Jinling alkyl benzene plant is high,after the use of heat pump,on the one hand can reduce the amount of steam purchased,on the other hand can achieve the cooling of alkane,to meet the production requirements of the process unit.This paper analyzes the instability of the pump due to the large variable frequency range of the solvent pump and solution pump and the unreasonable variable frequency setting of the system,and puts forward the corresponding rectification measures,such as shortening the gap between the probes in the liquid control box and reducing the frequency range.The results show that the operation parameters are stable,the steam output rises obviously,and the temperature of alkane-output heat pump tends to be stable after rectification.Conclusion it is proved that the heat pump can fully recover the low heat energy in the unit,and gain an extra benefit of 5,148,800 yuan per year,so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
