Fe_(3)O_(4)/PEDOT复合材料的制备和多种性能研究

Synthesis of FeO/PEDOT composite materials and study on their multiple performances

摘要 利用两步法成功制备了核壳结构的四氧化三铁/聚合(3,4-二氧乙基噻吩)(Fe_(3)O_(4)/PEDOT)复合材料,并考察了稳定剂PVP、温度和反应时间对其形貌的影响。利用XRD、EDX和红外光谱等方法对其进行表征,同时还研究了该复合材料的电、磁以及吸波性能等。结果表明,当复合材料涂层厚度为4 mm时,最大反射损耗为-12 dB,复合材料的矫顽力为94.2 Oe,饱和磁化强度为64.6 emu/g,剩磁为7.3 emu/g。 Ferric oxide/poly(3,4-ethylendioxythiophene)(Fe_(3)O_(4)/PEDOT) composites with a core-shell structure are successfully synthesized through two-step method.The influences of reaction conditions(stabilizing agent,reaction temperature and time) on the morphologies of the composites are studied,and the composites’morphology and structure are characterized by XRD,EDX and FT-IR,and their electrical,magnetic and microwave-absorbing properties are also explored.It is shown when the coating thickness of the composites is 4 mm,the maximum reflection loss is-12 dB,and the composites’coercivity,saturation magnetization and remanence are 94.2 Oe,64.6 emu·g^(-1) and 7.3 emu·g^(-1),respectively.
