摘要
目的探讨以微信为平台结合多元化教学法在妇产科临床带教中的应用价值。方法2018年1月—2019年1月按照随机数字表法将本院妇产科过渡实习的60名医学生为两组,其中30例接受传统临床带教纳入对照组,另外30例以微信为平台结合多元化教学法进行带教纳入观察组,对比两组学生各项考试成绩及对带教方法的满意度评价。结果经对比发现,观察组学生平时成绩、理论考试、实践操作、病案分析等各方面成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组学生对教学模式的满意度评价明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论以微信为平台结合多元化教学法在妇产科临床带教中的应用效果。
Objective Discuss the value of WeChat-based diversified teaching.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,60 interns were assigned to control group(n=30,routine teaching)and observation group(n=30,WeChat-based diversified teaching).Examination scores and satisfaction were appraised.Results Usual performance,theory knowledge,practical skill and case analysis scores and teaching satisfaction in observation group were higher(P<0.05).The observation group students'satisfaction evaluation of the teaching mode is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat platform-based diversified teaching is proven to be effective.
