多元化教学模式在多科室临床实习带教中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的在多个科室应用多元化教学模式于临床教学,以探索临床实践教学新模式。方法将山东中医药大学2014级于2018年6月—2019年6月实习的本科学生10人分为2组,每组5人,每名同学先后2次到不同的科室实习。先接受传统教学模式,再接受基于常见病种的微课结合翻转课堂、微格教学、仿真模型教学等多元化的教学模式。每次实习1个月,结束后进行理论知识和临床实践技能操作考试,填写调查问卷。将成绩汇总后比较2种教学模式考试成绩方面的差异。结果多元化教学模式理论考试成绩和临床实践技能操作考试成绩分别为(90.5±5.02)分、(90.2±2.49)分,均明显优于传统教学模式(81.7±6.29)分、(82.4±2.63)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生更喜欢多元化教学模式。结论基于多科室常见病种的多元化临床实践教学模式具有便捷、高效、实用等优点,在教学过程中可充分调动、发挥学生主体性,促进实习学生在带教老师指导下积极主动地学习,有利于培养学生的临床思维及团队协作能力,提高外科操作技能。 Objective In order to explore a new mode of clinical practice teaching with the application of diversified teaching model in clinical practice teaching in multiple departments.Methods Ten undergraduate students of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups,five in each group.Each student had two internships in different departments.Firstly,they accepted the traditional teaching mode,and then accepted the diversified teaching mode based on common diseases,such as micro-class combined with flip classroom,micro-teaching,simulation model teaching and so on.Each internship lasts for one month.After the completion of the internship,the examination of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice skills will be conducted,and the questionnaire will be filled out.After summarizing the results,we compare the differences between the two teaching modes in terms of examination results.Results The scores of theory test and clinical practice skill test of diversified teaching mode were(90.5±.02)and(90.2±2.49)respectively,which were significantly better than those of traditional teaching mode(81.7±6.29)and(82.4±2.63)respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Students preferred diversified teaching mode.Conclusion Diversified clinical practice teaching mode based on common diseases in multi-departments has the advantages of convenience,high efficiency and practicability.It can fully mobilize and give full play to students’subjectivity in the teaching process,promote interns to study actively under the guidance of teachers,and help to cultivate students’clinical thinking and team cooperation ability,and improve surgical operation skills.
