基于粗糙集与模糊数学的金属粉尘爆炸危险性评估模型的建立

摘要 金属粉尘的爆炸危险性受粒径、爆炸下限、最小点火能、最大爆炸压力等多因素决定。通过粗糙集揭示各因素量化数据间的内在联系,客观计算出各因素决定金属粉尘爆炸危险性级别的权重,结合模糊数学综合评判多因素的能力,建立了金属粉尘爆炸危险性评估模型。通过模型的建立,可应用于金属粉尘爆炸性质的定量描述,评判粉尘自身属性的危险程度。 The explosion risk of metal dust is determined by many factors,such as particle size,lower explosion limit,minimum ignition energy and maximum explosion pressure.Rough set is used to reveal the internal relationship between the quantitative data of each factor.The weight of each factor determining the explosion risk level of metal dust is objectively calculated.Combined with the fuzzy mathematics to comprehensively evaluate multiple factors,the explosion risk assessment model of metal dust is established.The establishment of the model can be applied to the quantitative description of the explosion properties of metal dust,and evaluate the risk degree of the dust properties.
