摘要
以3种不同粒径的纳米铝粉为研究对象,采用20L球形爆炸测试装置对纳米铝粉的爆炸特性进行了实验研究.通过对实验过程中纳米铝粉的爆炸过程和爆炸特性数据的分析,得出纳米铝粉的爆炸规律.纳米铝粉的最大爆炸压力和最大压力上升速率受粉尘浓度的影响.当粉尘浓度在0.50kg/m3以下时,爆炸压力随粉尘浓度的增加而有较明显的增大,并逐渐趋向最大值,并在一定范围内趋于稳定;当浓度超过1.25kg/m3以后,最大爆炸压力随粉尘浓度的增加而减小.最大压力上升速率随粉尘浓度的变化与最大爆炸压力随粉尘浓度变化的规律相似.
The explosion characteristics of three different sized nano-aluminum powders were studied using a twenty liter explosion chamber.The results show that the maximum explosion pressure,and maximum pressure increase rate,of the nano-aluminum explosions are both affected by the dust concentration.The explosion pressure rises with an increase in dust concentration for dust concentrations below 0.50 kg/m3.The pressure gradually approaches a maximum and then becomes stable over a certain concentration range.The maximum explosion pressure drops with an increase in dust concentration for dust concentrations above 1.25 kg/m3.The rate of pressure rise has a similar response as does the maximum explosion pressure.
