摘要
利用水平管道和垂直哈特曼管对粒径为6~7 μm的铝粉在质量浓度100~800 g/m3范围内的爆炸特性进行研究.研究结果表明:铝粉粒径一定时,随着铝粉浓度的增加,其最大爆炸压力、最大压力上升速率先增大后减小,即存在最佳爆炸浓度.水平管道内测得最佳爆炸质量浓度约为600 g/m3,垂直哈特曼管中测得最佳爆炸质量浓度约为500 g/m3.试验装置的尺寸与形状对铝粉爆炸特性有影响.
Horizontal pipe and Hartman tube were used to study the aluminum dust explosion characteristics. The particle size was 6-7 μm and the aluminum concentration was 100-800 g/m3. The results showed that.. Once the particle size is fixed, with the increasing of the aluminum concentration, the maxi- mum explosion pressure and the rising rate of maximum pres- sure increases first and then decreases. That means there is an optimal explosive concentration and the optimal concentration was measured as 600 g/m3 in the horizontal pipes and 500 g/m3 in the Hartman tube.
