摘要
本文在分析了大量纯空气和气固两相流在水平管道内流动时摩擦阻力系数人人的计算方法的基础上,结合我们在大型电站锅炉送粉管道中所做的试验,通过分析回归得出了计算送粉管道摩擦阻力系数λμ的经验公式.该公式由于综合大量的试验数据,将为我国《制粉系统空气动力计算》新标准制定,提供更接近工程实际的水平送粉管道阻力计算的方法.
This article analyses the drop characteristics and calculating methods for friction factorλo. λμ ofgas and gas-solids flow in horizental straight run of pipes. According to our experimental resultsof gas-coal powder flows in horizental straight runing of pipes of coal pulverization system of alarge-capacity boiler in a power plant, the empricial formula for calculating friction factor λμ inhorizental straight runing of pipes transporting dilute coal powder is obtained. Due to its comprehending lots of experimental data,the formula will provide a reference for revising our country'scode about air dynamic calculation for coal pulverization system.
